The following is a list of insurances that we are contracted providers for.  We will send our bill to these insurance companies for the care that we provide for you.  If you do not see your insurance carrier listed please call the office (734-446-9781) because we probably do contract with that provider (we frequently add new carriers).  Also if your insurance company is not one we contract with we will gladly see you and have you pay at the time of service.  We can then generate a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
